A non-refundable commitment fee of $1,000 is payable upon signing. This is not additional spend — it is credited in full towards your final invoice.
We start the work in earnest: property shortlists and negotiated rates, visa submissions, flights, private transfers and a day-by-day experience programme built around your family.
Our fee
The Keona Experience charges 20% of the client's total spend. This is incorporated within the ₦16,000,000 budget rather than added to it, so the figure you have set is the figure you will work to. The $1,000 commitment fee sits inside that same total and is deducted from your final invoice.
